How Does The Subscription Work?

  • First thing, work out your approximate monthly usage. Is it up to 500 cups, 1,000 cups, 2,000 cups, 5,000 cups or more per month?
  • Based on your monthly figures choose either the Starter, Growth, Professional or Enterprise level subscription
  • Once signed up, we will contact you (same day or next working day) to discuss your artwork for your cups. We will always proof your artwork, by getting your sign off before going to print.
  • You will have your first delivery of cups and lids 3 weeks from artwork approval!!
  • You will then receive your regular (flexible) deliveries for the next 12 months

Good to Know

  • Your subscription includes all your cups and the lids to fit. Don't need lids every time? Don't worry, your deliveries are fully flexible.
  • Your new cups will be Double Walled to ensure your customer's hands are protected from the heat of your coffee and tea... no need for a sleeve.
  • Using more cups than expected? Thats great! Business is going well! You can upgrade to the next level of subscription any time.
  • What can you have printed on your cups?... Pretty much anything you would like and the price will not be affected. Most customers have their logo printed on the cups. Others have a complete design. We did one with a photo of their painting on it!
  • What colour are the cups? Any colour you would like!

Need to Know

  • Minimum subscription term is 12 months (you may upgrade your subscription during this time). Subscription auto-renews every 12 months. Please give us 30 days notice before your renewal date if you want to cancel.
  • For the Base subscription you will receive delivery every two months (6 deliveries). For Flexi and Professional, you will receive delivery every month (12 deliveries).
  • You can adjust the timing of your deliveries to fit your seasonal trade, but if you want to exceed the number of deliveries for your subscription within a 12 month period, there may be extra charges.

The power of branding and eco responsibility

Our NaturePac Fully Recyclable cups come in fully recyclable cardboard boxes. The cups are also hygienically wrapped in fully recyclable LDPE polythene. Both the cardboard boxes and the LDPE wrapper are readily recyclable at kerbside (from home or your business). Please check with your waste management contractor.   • Our custom branded NaturePac cups are manufactured in the British Isles in a factory which uses 100% renewable energy.

  • In double wall, we offer 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz cups.

    In single wall, we offer 4oz, 6/7oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, and 21oz

  • Yes! For £35 + VAT per month you can have unlimited* storage and free deliveries.

  • Yes! Through our partner, Playter, you can finance your custom branded cup order over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. This works well, when also taking advantage of our storage service, to increase your order quantity and benefit from lower unit cost prices.

  • For most designs the origination charge is £90 + VAT. To be sure, please forward your artwork to us at support@naturepac.co.uk

  • On average, lead times are 4-6 weeks. Sometimes they are quicker.

  • You will receive a digital proof for your sign off before going to print. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a physical proof.

  • NaturePac started by supplying only Compostable products, however, we soon discovered that getting your packaging to an industrial composter is very difficult at present. Therefore we seeked an easily, 100%, recyclable cup which can be recycled with normal waste paper. No special treatment is needed!

    Having a custom branded NaturePac Cup means your customers will be able to easily dispose of their cup correctly into a recycling bin.

  • We recommend the Bagasse Lid for our NaturePac cups. These lids can be disposed of along with the lid, in the same bin and should be recycled with paper.

  • Once you have chosen to have your custom branded cup supplied by us, we would love to show off your cup to your and our followers! If you are happy, we will post a photo of the cup, ideally in use, on our social media channels. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with this.
